Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use SignalRevive, receive text messages from a business that uses our service, or visit our website.

Effective July 3, 2026 · SignalRevive

SignalRevive ("SignalRevive," "we," "us") provides missed-call recovery and SMS appointment booking software for local home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including how our SMS program works for A2P 10DLC compliance.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • End customers — people who call or text a business phone number powered by SignalRevive and may receive automated SMS replies, appointment reminders, or follow-ups.
  • Business customers — contractors and shop owners who subscribe to SignalRevive and use our platform to recover missed calls and book jobs.
  • Website visitors — anyone who browses signalrevive.com, submits a contact or demo form, or creates an account.

2. Information we collect

From end customers (callers and texters)

  • Mobile phone number
  • SMS message content you send and receive
  • Call metadata (time, duration, caller ID, which business number was dialed)
  • Appointment details you provide during a conversation (name, address, service type, preferred times)
  • Opt-out status (for example, if you reply STOP)

From business customers

  • Business name, trade, timezone, and service area
  • Owner and staff phone numbers and email addresses
  • Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Business hours, greeting scripts, and calendar availability you configure
  • Usage data (missed calls recovered, messages sent, appointments booked)

From website visitors

  • Information you submit on forms (name, email, phone, business name, trade)
  • Standard log and analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL)
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics

3. SMS messaging program (A2P disclosure)

SMS program summary

When you call a local service business (such as an HVAC, plumbing, or roofing company) that uses SignalRevive and your call is not answered, you may receive one or more automated text messages from that business's phone number to help schedule service, confirm appointments, send reminders, or follow up on your inquiry.

How you opt in

By placing a phone call to a business that uses SignalRevive, you consent to receive customer-care text messages related to that call — including scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about the service you inquired about. You are not required to agree to receive marketing texts from unrelated parties.

Types of messages

  • Missed-call text-backs (“Sorry we missed you — how can we help?”)
  • Two-way scheduling and qualification messages with an AI assistant
  • Appointment confirmations and calendar reminders
  • Follow-up messages if you do not reply to an initial text-back
  • Occasional service-related alerts initiated by the business you contacted

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Most inquiries involve roughly 1–10 messages over a few days. Appointment reminders typically add 1–2 additional messages. You will not receive recurring promotional blasts unrelated to a service inquiry you initiated.

Opt out and help

  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future texts from that business number. You may also reply STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
  • Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe after opting out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@signalrevive.com.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the missed-call recovery and appointment service on behalf of the business you contacted, and to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations for the SignalRevive platform.

4. How we use information

  • Deliver missed-call recovery, SMS conversations, and appointment booking
  • Send appointment reminders and permitted follow-up messages
  • Notify business owners of missed calls, bookings, and urgent situations
  • Provide, bill, and support the SignalRevive subscription service
  • Prevent fraud, enforce usage limits, and maintain platform security
  • Comply with TCPA, carrier, and A2P 10DLC requirements
  • Improve our product and analyze aggregated, de-identified usage trends

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • The business you contacted — your messages, phone number, and appointment details are shared with that business so they can perform the service.
  • Service providers — infrastructure and communications vendors that help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, telephony/SMS delivery, payment processing, and error monitoring). These providers process data only on our instructions.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their independent marketing.

6. Data retention

We retain conversation, call, and appointment records for as long as the business customer maintains an active account and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When a business offboards, associated records are deleted or anonymized according to our retention schedule, subject to backup and legal hold requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, webhook signature validation, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights and choices

  • SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any message from a business using SignalRevive.
  • Access, correction, deletion — email privacy@signalrevive.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
  • California residents — you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information as defined by California law.

9. Children

SignalRevive is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact privacy@signalrevive.com.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated to business customers by email or in-product notice.
